R&F Pigment Stick® and Drawing Oils™ with Megan MacDonald

Join Megan MacDonald, a Core Artist Instructor for R&F Handmade Paints, for an immersive R&F Pigment Sticks and Drawing Oils demo! 

This R&F Pigment Stick® and Drawing Oils™ demo will show how these product lines enable traditional and alternative oil painting methods by allowing artists to draw or paint directly onto a surface with immediacy and fluidity. 

Megan will cover product compatibility, health and safety, and appropriate supports and tools. She will also discuss transparency and opacity, building a surface, monoprinting, and mark-making. Additional techniques and compatible products will be highlighted, including cold wax, Gelli plates, etc.

The demo will highlight the similarities and differences between R&F Pigment Sticks and Drawing Oils, as well as the benefits of each.
