Mi-Teintes Velvet is a heavyweight pastel paper from Canson with a soft, velvety surface that grips dry media. The flocked texture holds pigment directly, so colours can be layered repeatedly, and Canson states the surface eliminates the need for a fixative. Available in 14 colours.
